We deliver throughout mainland France . For any delivery requests abroad, please contact us in advance via our contact form.
Preparation and shipping times
Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 working days , then shipped via a specialized carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally 48 to 72 hours after dispatch for France.

Delivery tracking

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties , provided that:
Bottles must be unopened, undamaged and stored in optimal conditions
The return must be made in the original packaging
Return costs remain your responsibility.

A withdrawal form will be sent to you if necessary.
Refund
Once the products have been returned and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days , using the original payment method.
Damaged products or order errors
If the product you receive is broken, defective or does not match the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
A photo of the package and the products concerned
Your order number
We will offer you a replacement , a credit note , or a refund depending on the case.
