Crémants d'Alsace
We have been producing Crémant d'Alsace since 1983 only when the vintage has a COLD and late CLIMATOLOGY which allows us to obtain beautiful sparkling wines.
Our crémants are produced using the TRADITIONAL METHOD and without any added inputs. This production method (also called the Champagne method) involves a SECONDARY FERMENTATION in the bottle using our own grape juices, which contributes to the finesse and complexity of its bubbles. It guarantees a superior quality product, rivaling the best champagnes. We allow the wine to age for several years and GRADUALLY DISGORGE it to continue AGEING IN THE BOTTLE as close as possible to its tasting.
Pet'Nat
Pet Nat is a white, red or rosé wine that SPARKLES NATURALLY . It is produced using the ENCESTRAL METHOD , meaning that the fermentation of the initial sugars from the grapes will finish in the bottle, in order to provide the desired sparkle. Nothing is added, nothing is removed.
DISGORGEMENT , a procedure which aims to remove the dead yeast deposit from the bottle before marketing, is sometimes carried out, depending on the pressure obtained in the bottle, to obtain a less cloudy, more accomplished natural sparkling wine.
Sparkling Fruits
A sparkling wine made with FRUITS OTHER than grapes in order to offer a range with less alcohol. It is also an infinite possibility, depending on the year's production, to vinify WITH what NATURE offers us.
