Vinification: Aged in century-old oak barrels in our bioclimatic winery, made of stone and wood, then bottled during the 2023 harvest, with our homemade sourdough, for a fine natural sparkle from the natural residual sugars of the grapes. Unfiltered, undisgorged wine, slight natural turbulence of the yeasts when the bottle is opened.
