    Vinification: Maceration of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Pinot Noir, using whole grapes, with traditional punching down by foot. Non-interventionist vinification. Aged on fine lees for 12 months in oak barrels in our new, unique bioclimatic cellar, built from natural and local materials, stone and wood. Bottled directly from the barrel.
