A sweet expression of the Kaefferkopf Grand Cru, aged for 12 months in barrels and then the rest in bottles. Made from grapes that have benefited from the development of botrytis on this great terroir.

Harvest: Manual with sorting
Vinification: Natural fermentation, without the addition of yeast or chaptalization. Direct pressing, for 12 hours, in a pneumatic press. Directly put into barrels, without settling. Natural aging on fine lees for 12 months in old barrels. A non-interventionist vinification, protected from modern oenological techniques, preserving the intrinsic quality of the grapes as much as possible.
