An unusual vintage from the estate. The grapes were harvested in 7 successive sortings, in order to gradually select the most concentrated grapes. An incredible concentration was obtained for this grape variety: 30% vol. potential, or 510 g/l of natural sugars. After an interminable fermentation (6% vol. fermented), this wine was aged on fine lees for a year and a half and the rest in the bottle. The result is an unforgettable sweet wine.
