Semi-carbonic maceration of Pinot Noir. This vintage marks Joseph's last year of work in these plots, at the age of 83. Aged in a new barrel from the estate for 7 months on fine lees. A surprising yin and yang, between the youth of this barrel and the age of my father's work. A wine with a great story to tell :)
