Vinification: Blend of Riesling, Muscat and Gewurztraminer made directly in the vineyard to obtain greater depth in the wine. Pressed for 12 hours in a pneumatic press followed by barreling, without settling. Natural fermentation, without the addition of yeast or chaptalization. Aged for 42 months on fine lees, in oxidative mode in century-old oak tuns and old untopped barrels in our bioclimatic cellar, made of pink sandstone from the Vosges and Douglas fir from our valleys. Bottled without filtration.
