50% certified organic apples from the family orchard of Mëralla, in the mountains of Soultzeren and 50% Ottonel Muscat from the Domaine. Second fermentation with apple juice, aging on slats for 12 months, then disgorging. 10% vol. Disgorged in 2022. 1200 bottles produced.
