Loess terroir, deep silt and limestone. 36 months of aging in century-old barrels of grapes of incredible raw material, harvested in potential late harvest, but which has never stopped fermenting. Great dry wine, where oxidative aging allows to patinate the power of the wine made from overripe grapes, and gives grace, complexity and freshness to the fruit of this great Muscat. Great gastronomic wine!
