Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Auxerrois blend. 48 months in untopped barrels. Selection of the finest hillsides in the village. Deep granite and sandstone soils. Cuvée created by Julie, then cellar master at the Domaine, and which continues to this day. The living nature of the wine (permanent microbiological activity) and the airtight glass stopper mean that it is clearly necessary to decant this wine a few hours before tasting in order to appreciate the aromas of oxidative aging!
