Semi-carbonic maceration for 2 weeks. Aged for 9 months on lees in century-old oak barrels. Terroir of loess, deep and heavy aeolian limestone silts as well as sandy granite. One imparting silkiness and depth, the other fruity and freshness. A great classic of the Domaine! Crown cap closure, with a lightweight bottle, for a further step towards low-carbon activity!

Vinification: Maceration of whole grapes in stainless steel vats for 2 to 3 weeks depending on the vintage and the maturity of the tannins. Daily punching down by foot. Natural fermentation, without the addition of yeast or chaptalization. Transferred directly into barrels, after devatting, incorporating the free-run and press wines together. Aged for 11 months on fine lees, in century-old oak barrels, in our new bioclimatic cellar, made of pink sandstone from the Vosges and Douglas fir from our valleys. Lightly filtered and sulfited wine. Bottled without filtration, directly from the barrel.
