Soil: South-facing hillside on a terroir of Turckheim two-mica granite, heavily disintegrated into more or less deep arenas, and particularly suitable for growing vines. It is a well-drained, shallow soil (30 to 50 cm), warming up quickly in spring and rich in mineral elements. Its subsoil belongs to the base of the crystalline base of the Vosges massif.

Harvest: Manual with sorting
Vinification: Natural fermentation, without the addition of yeast or chaptalization. Direct pressing, for 12 hours, in a pneumatic press. Directly put into barrels, without settling. Natural aging on fine lees for 12 months in old barrels. A non-interventionist vinification, protected from modern oenological techniques, preserving the intrinsic quality of the grapes as much as possible.
