A blended wine made from direct pressing of Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Auxerrois, Chasselas, Sylvaner and Muscat grape varieties. Produced on "Laurent's" vines, some of which are undergoing organic conversion. The soils are made from poor granite and fine silt with rolled pebbles, providing volume and richness. Crown cap closures and a lightweight bottle are a further step towards low-carbon production!
