Grand Cru Hors d'Age spirit produced by fermentation with maceration of the skins of the Kaefferkopf Grand Cru. Slow distillation using a repasse, in our copper still, by Father Joseph. Reduction with spring water from the estate, aging in a Dame Jeanne (dummy) tank until sale.
