Gewurztraminer (60%), Riesling (30%) and Muscat à petits grains blancs and rosé (10%) from the Kaefferkopf grand cru. After 24 months of aging of this 2019, in century-old oak barrels, prise de mousse with grape juice from the same Grand Cru. Then aging on slats for at least 36 months. No expedition liqueur, no sulfites, no filtration, and no additives. The sparkling version of Kaefferkopf, so that this great powerful and fleshy terroir finds its elegance thanks to the bubbles. Vin de France.
