Gewurztraminer (60%), Riesling (30%) and Muscat à petits grains blancs et rosé (10%) from the Kaefferkopf grand cru. Maceration of the whole grapes for 2 weeks. Traditional punching down before aging for 24 months in century-old oak barrels. The macerated version of Kaefferkopf, so that this great powerful and fleshy terroir finds its elegance thanks to the maceration, the extracted tannins and bitters. Vin de France.

    Vinification: Blend of Riesling, Muscat and Gewurztraminer made directly in the vineyard to obtain greater depth in the wine. Maceration of whole grapes for 2 weeks. Traditional punching down of the cap by foot. Natural fermentation, without the addition of yeast or chaptalization. 12-hour pressing in a pneumatic press followed by transfer to barrel, without settling. Aged for 24 months on fine lees in century-old oak tuns in our bioclimatic cellar, made of pink sandstone from the Vosges and Douglas fir from our valleys. Bottled without filtration, directly from the barrel.
