Grand Cru Hors d'Age spirit produced by fermenting and macerating the skins of Riesling grapes from the Grand Cru Schlossberg. Slowly distilled using a re-boiler in our copper still by Father Joseph. Reduction with spring water from the estate, then aging in a Dame Jeanne tank until sale.
