Vinification: This batch is made from a blend of 65% Si Rose 2022 macerated for 8 days, 25% Si Rose 2021 macerated for 8 months, and 10% of a perpetual reserve of Si Rose 2019, 2020, and 2021! Natural aging on fine lees in century-old oak barrels in our new bioclimatic cellar, built from natural and local materials, stone and wood, in accordance with ancient laws, to reveal the energetic and vibratory potential of the place. Bottled without filtration during the waning moon.
